AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge... Anyone know anything about it? It seems pricey but people I know who've done it ultimately rave about it and then start selling it? Thoughts?

My neighbor sells it. I did the challenge once. It is a good "healthy" diet but you could do it without all the supplements. I do order the Spark drink from my neighbor though. It's oddly addictive.Angie

My MIL did it - lost lots of weight - looked great and started selling it...would give DH and me the stuff. I just could not stomach the buttload of pills I had to take daily...literally. I would get horrible stomach pains. DH never tried it other than to use the Spark as a Gatorade alternative and eat some of the snack bars. Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!
