My good friend has a Fitbit and loves it. She has lost 20lbs using it and it has really motivated her to exercise more. She uses it with My Fitness Pal.

DH and I have ordered Fitbits for each other for Christmas. I can't wait!

yay! Don't forget to let us know when you get an account set up; I need more people on my team so I get more embarrassed by my laziness!

                            How are people liking these?

I'm eyeing a fit it but noticed the wireless updating doesn't work with an iphone 4. Won't be replacing that til March at least...

I love my up band - I have to pm poky and Mrs JD/MD to join their groups. It's the up24, so also supposed to update wirelessly. I have a new phone, but my one sister has a 4s and the wireless syncing wasn't working. Either something is wrong with her band, or it just isn't all that compatible with the 4s.

I really like the up app - but I have no idea what the FitBit app looks like. Everyone I've talked to loves their FitBit too - I don't think you can go wrong either way.

Since I know I bunch of us got bands of some sort over the holidays....

How do you guys get your 10,000 steps in when the weather is gross. I already went to they gym today, but I did cross training and non-running type cardio, so it only brought me to 40% of my step goal. (But I sent like 1.5 hours there).

When it's been nice out, I would walk to the store etc. But not sure what I will do to get them in today. It's snowing. Yuck.
