Hugs! I have no advice. I know I need to lose, but it's so hard to get into the good eating and exercise habits and being consistent. And it does take time.

Kris, I understand. Hugs, girl! It is very, very hard. No matter what weight you are, you are amazing and wonderful and beautiful!
I think, save a few decisions (like surgery) for me, I'd be 600+ pounds and bedridden. I'm not kidding. I have that unhealthy of a relationship with food and myself. Bravo to you for recognizing your health is important and worth the slow climb.

Just wanted to throw you some support. I'm struggling with 10 lbs and I beat myself up all day, every day over having gained it. And it's 10 stupid pounds. That's it. And yet...
So I wanted to give you an extra option for working out and getting strength back. I really, really like the Daily Burn "True Beginner" series. I do the workouts and they are challenging for me, but it's not a drill sergeant yelling at me. I love that the guy leading it reminds me a couple of times in each workout that I showed up and it's half the battle - because for me, it is.
If you scroll down the page, you can see the 25 second trailer for the series. It's free for a month to sign up, and it's $10 after that. I really like it and Poky is doing it too. http://dailyburn.com/truebeginner
Just thought I'd hip you to what the kids are doing! LOL!
I am doing daily burn, and I can also highly recommend Justin and the True Beginner series. I got bored with his stuff, though, and moved on to TBT (Cody's bodyweight (no equipment except a yoga mat) series), and the first one is KICKING. MY. ASS. He's not as much of a softy as Justin, but I love that he has three different "levels" for each exercise, and even just doing the first video twice, at the lowest level, I can feel myself improving (and can also feel my quads like I've never felt them before). It's also just 6 different videos, but the plan for the month has you doing one of them for two days, then two easy recovery day mobility or yoga days, then the next video for two days. I may just stick with the first video until I get to the point where I can actually DO it (I'm doing what I can, but I'm not managing all of it yet) before I move on. I figure it'll be a while before I get bored of this one. And then there's all sorts of other stuff if I do.
I got a chromecast for our downstairs TV, so all I do is take my laptop downstairs, turn on the TV (tuned to the chromecast), bring the video up on the laptop, throw it up on the TV, and start it, then work out. Before I got the chromecast, I just had an HDMI cable that I would plug into the laptop. Not much harder, but a little more annoying.

I have yet to lose 70 lbs from the baby. I've lost this weight twice before (after the boys) but this shit gets old. My mom just got gastric bypass and is skinny and is taking all my old clothes and trying to give me her fat clothes. Yeah, that's fun.
I'm not currently doing weight loss, but strength training and cutting grain/sugar helped me a ton.
Even just cutting wheat makes a big difference for many.
Even though the scale didn't move much, the inches came off.
