I had a barre installed in of the extra bedrooms. Bar method does unlimited online classes for 35 a month. I have really liked doing it at home in the am before work.

Awesome! I already told DH that I want to install a barre when we're done with fellowship. Plus, with two little girls, it won't go to waste

You should try just one of the classes. I think with one of the girls doing it you may love it. U can do it with a kitchen chair

I'd love to, but honestly I figured form would be my biggest issue. I really don't want to injure myself.

Do you think I'd be ok to do the online without having been to a class?

Oh yea. U will be fine. As far as position there are not a lot of them. Just lots of thigh and butt work. Most important think is to keep your butt tucked in during the exercises

Yeah, there is no way my DH could handle Barre3.
I love seeing whenever a new male is in class, 75% of the time they pick up the heaviest weights and I just know they're going to regret it halfway through class. Barre is tough!!

Yep. Some of the girls at work want to try it. So we are going to do it at lunch on wed. I was telling them to bring 2-3lb weights. One told me she only lifts with 8-10lb weights. Ok, but don't forget I told ya so. This should be good. I am pretty sure they think I just stretch during class.
