Is your weather holding up for you?

I have totally failed at my calisthenics challenge. Skipped it 3-4 days now. Perhaps today is a good time to try again!

Eh, it was cool for two mornings and now hot, hot, hot again so we are back to early morning walks. Hopefully it cools down for good soon! I think today is day 25...

Today I completed day 12. This is my 3rd attempt, I REALLY want to be successful this time around. So far no weight loss which is a major bummer, but I figure I'll just keep on keeping on and eventually the scale will have to budge.

How's it going, challengers? I have pretty much given up on calisthenics, it just isn't happening. I also missed my walking goal Friday and Saturday, we had "family hikes" instead of a solo walk so we moved at 5yo pace and stopped for every interesting mushroom, which does not equal many Active Minutes. Then yesterday I did get out on my own and had a nice brisk hike while the family did a trail ride (I don't have a mountain bike) except I had to cut it short to rush back and let them into the car when they were done. I was at 29 minutes and complaining about it in the evening in bed, but DH heckled me until I ran up and down the driveway and around the yard at 9:15pm for 4 minutes to make up the shortfall. LOL. You're welcome, neighbors!

            I miss this thread!

I love that you ran around the yard, spotty!!

I completed my 30. I have to admit I haven't been as active since, but I am getting in my step goal daily.

Glad to see others are still working on it!!
