I'm thinking about this because I put away the Oreo cookies after my kids had some as an after dinner snack and ... I ended up eating nearly 1/2 of the container even though I had been doing so well today before that. I started thinking about what some of my food vices are:
1. Oreo cookies (note to self: do not keep them in the house anymore)
2. Pringles original flavor (same note)
These things are total triggers for me and I end up pigging out.
