I'm trying it out this week. It's pricy, but what I've been trying to do is not working. I don't really buy their "extended caloric burn claims" but I'm betting 2-3 hours a week of getting my butt kicked is better than 0-3 half hour attempts that aren't very intense

It's just brutal - at least it was when the One time I went. I've been too hurt for last 1.5 years.
I just can't do treadmill intervals. No idea why. Another studio (it was mostly barre/hiit) started the treadmill intervals too. I just can't handle them. I hurt myself like every third class.

But interval training DOES work. And there is an after burn effect. It's true.

Anyway, if you can do it, go for it. You will see results.

So I tried it. It was hard, but doable and I liked it. I could see it being a really good thing for me even just 2x week.

          Downside--it's not $69/month like I thought...it's $99. Ouch. I still might try it though

$99/month is great! My stupid pure barre classes were $225 a month or maybe even $250. They are actually opening one here soon - an OT. For $99/month I may consider it again. I thought it was way more in our last city. Interesting!

Good work! Glad you liked it!
