Have we discussed this "life style change" yet? Any thoughts on its efficacy?

My parents did it years ago and had some success, but I think as soon as you start adding the sugars back in, it's hard to keep weight off.

I'm so addicted to sugar! I. Just. Can't. Stop. I hate artificial sweetners so I can't substitute either.

        sugar busters?

My only real sugar is agave nectar in my coffee. Most sweet foods are waaaaay too sweet for me, though.

I can't do artificial sweeteners, either. They're all SUPER bitter to me.
