  • Armpit Fat

What can I do to get rid of it? It seems more noticeable these days and I don't want to be friends with it anymore.

Like the crease when your arms are against your sides?
Where your arm meets your chest?

Yes! Next to the bra straps/cup edges. I'm small everywhere else but there's a lot of armpit fat. Woot.

I think you may need to strengthen your mid and upper back. That will pull your shoulders back and down, and that might lessen the appearance.

Do you notice that it goes away if you pull your shoulders back and down?

          Armpit Fat

Working out my pecs helped when I was focused on that pre-wedding...now I just let me freak fat fly (there are bigger issues for me to deal with...like everywhere else)!

I will defer to others that may have an answer because I hope there is a different answer than what I received. My mom has it too and we are both small. She has always told me that it is part of my breast and to thank genetics for that. So, I have tried different cup styles and admit that there are some that accentuate it and some that diminish. I would start with checking out different bras.
Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

Still there when I stand up straight When I wear certain things, I have to tuck it in towards the pit so there's a considerable amount there...it usually doesn't bother me but some days it's like why so much?

Ahhh, the lovely side boob. No advice, just commiseration.

I think maybe you should try a different cup shape. Beyond that, adding in a good upper body toning routine could help. I have a pretty decent one from PT that used when I hurt my shoulder. I'll try to scan it for you if you're interested.

To do it you'd need light weights, an exercise band, and then a strap or something to hook the band to a door or some kind of pole you can wrap the band around.

I have it too. It's really embarrassing especially when I wear strapless dresses - I've always hated it. Even at my thinnest, I have it.

All you can do is tone your back, triceps, & pectorals to my knowledge. :/

That area covers your cooper's ligament, I believe.

Curious if you're an apple or pear body shape. I wonder if that plays into it.
