        Also - look on the tone-it-up Facebook page. They post a bunch of little workouts that are pretty good.

                  Good! Hope it helps. Make sure your shoulders are packed/back and down/shoulder blades together (or whatever phrase works best for you - I always hate when people say to relax my shoulders because to me they are more relaxed when they are scrunched up by my ears. See why I ended up in PT! &#128521 while doing the exercises.
