    I still usually go to a class a day. I stopped doing barre a few months ago, and haven't been to yoga or pilates in a while. I've mostly been going to classes at a little boutique gym. I usually go at very off times, so it's just me and another girl. Almost like getting privates at a huge discount. I've also been spinning since a new studio opened here (I hated the bikes at my big gym - which I also hate and really need to cancel my membership). But I just took about two weeks off spinning bc of the Drs recommendation. Went back yesterday, and will hopefully get there tonight too.

      11:32 on my mile, pushing the double stroller. Not bad, not great -- room for improvement!

        JDAZ, is there a Soul Cycle near you? SIL just got started teaching with them in NYC. Sounds like a neat spot.

        Lost another pound. .5 away from being 10 lbs down from my highest weight this year!! Gonna try to go to yoga this morning.

          I'm seeing progress every week with inches/fitness ability, and poundage.
          Cutting out grains and sugar are helping, although this is definitely a hard time of year to be doing that!
          I'm not one of those people where the weight just "comes off" post-partum, so I really have to work.

            Staying the course with the gym, but only 3x week. I have snuck some Xmas chocolate though and I ate a big dinner yesterday. I blame my period. Promised myself to hit the gym this weekend once and to cut out the sweets. We're baking Christmas cookies today, so maybe I'll allow myself one? I don't think denying myself will happen.

              No, there isn't. This new one is kind of soul cycle like though. Big improvement!

              All my old equinox instructors were basically the first soul cycle instructors. They were amazing - and it was even more amazing that it was included in my gym membership!! Miss those days!!!

                I gained a few pounds after getting my period. Not sure whether it's water weight or the bottle of wine I had for dinner two nights in a row. (Plus quite a few handfuls if DH's cereal... I hate when I do that! It really doesn't agree with me.)

                Nervous about DH's work party tonight. Really hope I can keep the calorie consumption under control. And REALLY dreading Christmas Eve. My mom way over does it. And it's so hard to control myself!!!
