I have to start logging again. Christmas was not kind to my behind.

Who has logins and wants to work toward a healthy 2015?

    I do!

I only track food on there, though; exercise goes through my Jawbone UP app. I think I just sent you an invitation (if you use the same username there).

You have to have the device (they have wristbands and they now have a clip-on thing, too) - it uses the hardware to track your movement so it knows how active you're being. If you feel like dropping $100 and wearing a wristband all the time, though, they have the wristbands at Target, even, and the apps do connect to each other; I also have a withings scale I use that has its own app, too, but is also connected to both other apps. I almost never look at that app, because I step on the scale and both jawbone up and myfitnesspal automatically know how much I weigh. The jawbone app will also track food that you enter directly into it, but i found I liked the myfitnesspal interface for entering food better.
