That's great that he's medicating his sleep disorder!!

I was thrown off track with drama and sickness for about two weeks. Im doing well with working out. The hardest part is still eating. I find it really hard to stay within my calorie guidelines. I'm just so hungry. I did loose 1.5 lbs from a week ago so I'm happy with the progress.
Wife to Hand Surgeon just out of training, mom to two lovely kittys and little boy, O, born in Sept 08.

Woohoo! More/better sleep is *amazing* - does he feel better, too?

YES! Which is the best part of all. I don't know if you guys know this but I gave him a deadline / ultimatum in December. Told him he had a month to take care of it OR ELSE (I never came up with the punishment but luckily didn't have to.) He's been in denial about it all this time, thinking I was just being dramatic or super light sleeper. But he went to the doctor / got prescribed purely because I told him he had to. Now that he's on it he's a believer. Said he doesn't need caffeine in the afternoons anymore and the nights he hasn't been able to take it has slept terribly.

It's truly amazing. It's like without the medication he's incapable of going into the that relaxed stasis / sort of paralyzed sleep. After all these years it's so weird and fabulous to lay down next to a still partner. The first couple nights I'd wake up and make sure he was still breathing!! It's almost eery that I don't wake up at 3am anymore.
