      Down another pound -- it's more slow to come off, but it's moving.
      We haven't had the discussion about "one more" yet, but will in about 6 months, so I'm making it my goal to be between my first and second goal weight by then.

        I started my weight loss journey in February. I hit 180 and learned I was in the obseity range, so it was time to stop turning to food as comfort with a busy partner. -15 lbs since February 5th. Doing Medifast and Nike Training club app. Hoping to get to my 135.

          I'm joining in! Not hoping to lose much weight really - I'm at a lower weight than when I got married and within 2-4 lbs of pre-baby weight depending on when I weigh myself... Now that spring is here, my goal is to go for a walk with DD on every day that's nice enough. I did about 2 miles today and discovered how hard it really is to push a stroller up a hill! Hoping to just get toned back up and into my skinny jeans.

            Wow, good for you MSB! I've always been afraid if I had a kid I"d never be able to get back to my normal weight (which is not very small)

            I think I've stabilized another pound down. 2 lbs from my wedding weight. Would like to be there by the end of the month, but if my body needs to lose a lb, stabilize, and then lose another I'll go with that too.

            This week has sucked for exercise. I made it to Wednesday Spin but that's it. Fridays are usually 'my day' to make it back to the gym or go to yoga but the whole day is absorbed with work commitments. That means I'll hit it hard tomorrow and Sunday. Exercising 3x a week sucks.
