What supplements / vitamins do you take? Any?

Once the days start getting shorter I start up Vit D and B complex. Once summer rolls around and I'm outside again I stop taking them but it helps in winter.

I've also started putting a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in soda water. I know there's no proven health benefits to it but in the least it sure helps waking up in the morning!

I take a Vit D (ironically, I run low on it even here) supplement if my blood work shows low levels.

Currently I'm on a prenatal which I stay on until I am no longer nursing. I'll return to the prenatal if and when we have more children.

I take a women's one-a-day with iron, B complex, and calcium (along with all the other letters and things ) when I am on a health kick. But my last bottle expired and I haven't gotten a new one. I think DH would prefer I took calcium at least, or calcium with D...thanks for the nudge, I think I'll pick some up ASAP. Too bad the vitamin and health food store a few blocks from my house closed recently.
