So I’ve stumbled upon something that is working for me so far (-6 pound).
I’m having a protein shake for breakfast, lean cuisine for lunch, blue apron for dinner and then cucumbers every time I feel hungry and before and after main meals. I love cucumbers so far and they seem to give me that full feeling after a meal.
You should have seen the weird look I got when I picked out 15 large cucumbers at the store today though. Lol.
