    I lost weight, I gained it back, and I need to work out for my mental health regardless!

      Ok, since last Monday - lost five, gained two.

      At -3. Only 7 more to go. :walk:

      I went and bought some LeanCuisines for lunchtime last night. I really wanted to wear a little skirt on my birthday but I'm having doubts about that one... we'll see what I can accomplish by...Saturday. Maybe I'll shoot for Christmas.

        Okay, so that didn't work for a half of a second. I have absolutely NO self discipline.

        Anyway, I bought a book today that was recommended by my boss called Five Factor Fitness. It looks interesting - everything is in fives (five meals a day, five workouts a week, five segments per workout, etc.) Once I can convince myself this might actually work, I might actually follow through.
