    Okay, I'll try this....

today I went to the gym and spent 25 minutes on the elliptical machine.

I have an appt. with a trainer tomorrow morning because the program I have is now much too hard for me because I haven't hit the gym regularly since school started! So, since I have an appt., I am sure I will get there tomorrow, too.

1-5 met with the trainer and did 20 minutes on the bike (liked it!) and about 10 minutes of weights/abs.

I have a new program now so that will help me stay with it over the next few weeks.

20 minute walk with the kids, DH, and the dog.

I raced my 9 year old at the park and WON! (barely!)

so that is 100 minutes so far.

Okay, so I fell off the wagon for a while. I'M BACK! Today I did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine and 10 minutes on the Lifecycle and now my legs are killing me. Hopefully I will regain my "regular" status at the gym in the time left before we move.
