    Ok, guys. I am joining in. I just made a date for a run/walk once a week and hopefully I get in more than that.

        1/19/05: 50 minutes, ran 1 mile, walked the rest

          2/9/05: 50 minutes fast walking, I lost track of the laps but at least 2 miles
