You're sore and it was tough....but I'll bet you will be back in a few days! Spinning is my #1 reason for considering joining (and paying for) a club. I thought the people wearing bicycle shorts were taking it a little too seriously but I quickly joined that way of thinking -- it does help.

Oh boy! Your butt will be sore the first few times. But, if you stick with it you'll see results - fast. I loved spinning all last year and it was a great aerobic workout. The really good instructors make the time go by in a flash and it did become addictive.
When the instructor has you get up out of the seat and lean over the handlbars (position "3" is what they often call it) with increased tension - DO IT. It will work your backside like nothing else (and, it will give you a break from the seat until you get used to it).
