Mine is a guestimate: I ran 61 miles in May plus walking which went unrecorded. 61 miles x average 10 min mile pace= 610 minutes. Plus an occasional hike/bikeride/or swim with DS, but this probably doesn't count.

Umm I think I exercised for an hour? Can I include yard work in my total. It wasn't done with the intent to exercise, but I did a lot of it!

We put in a swingset in the backyard for the kids..

Can you say hours and hours and hours of work, digging up bushes and trees and leveling and roots. Not to mention putting the thing together.

Here's an idea of what the yeard was like before. It's a differet section of the yard, but you'll get the idea. It was very foresty back there.
