Congrats on your acceptance into the Twin Cities Ten Mile!!

(Your decision to do this race as opposed to the Marathon underscores, once again, who is the REAL brains of this outfit!)

Happy Training! I look forward to seeing you!

Yeah, and it will underscore my inner weinie around 10am on October 2.

Wahoo! I'm so excited I get to run with you (or in near proximity).

Just for the record, I'm the resident weinie girl around here.

err...I look forward to feebly crawling near you in the companion race.

Back in the saddle! After yet another cold, I went out for 1.5 miles yesterday and felt so-so.
But today, well, today was great! I went for 3.5 miles in just under 50 minutes and I ran for 40 of those minutes. And to make it even better, I saw a walker (going the opposite direction) who I had seen earlier and he said with a bit of surprise, "Have you already made it around the loop?" Why yes I have and bless your heart, walker man! :weight:

You can never have too many athletic supporters. Please, pretty please, come and cheer us on?

8/13/05: 2 hours of kayaking (and a good 30 minutes arguing, does that count as exercise?)
8/14/05: nada, hoping for better luck tomorrow
