I have recommitted to a 1300 cal day short term knock the weight off kick in the pants.
I plan to do the following:
1) Walk Nikolai to Daycare and back home every day. (maybe not home because 100+ at the end of the day isn't fair to him)
2) Go to yoga at least 3X a week.
3) Walk the dog every evening while Rick puts Nikolai to bed.
4) Sleep, starting RIGHT NOW.
