My ticker is stressing me out.

This is the point in training where I start getting all mental. I start second guessing my training. Did I do enough long runs? (Here's a hint--my longest was 17 ). My long runs in reverse chronological order:

    17/14/17/10/0/15/9/12/11.5/11/9.5/13/10/11.5

I've had some hip flexor issues and some tummy troubles on the really hot days. My goal is under 5 hours but I'll be happy to finish! Running is such a mental Argh. I really have to take up golf.

Kelly, your post made me hurt. I like your "0" thrown in, does that count as a run?

I've never been a runner, I did it once, but I got away.

You go girl! Seriously, I am in awe.
