I was wondering if any of you guys have any advice or suggestions for me with regards to a GPS problem. I wear one of those wrist attached GPS systems made by GArmin (the 201 series) to track my mileage when I run. Whenever I am in San Antonio (my hometown) it works great. However, when I return home and recalibrate it, it never gains any satellite access. I think the problem may be that where I live is very densely wooded with large trees. Do ya'll think this may be the problem? Do any of you use one in wooded areas- does it work? Any suggestions- I am tired of driving around trying to determine my mileage.
