  • Holiday Over-Indulgence Support Thread

I am a classic over-eater. I enjoy food entirely too much for my desired waistline. For instance, are a second huge heaping pile of mashed potatoes and a third piece of pie *really* necessary???? My holiday goal is always to just simply 'not overeat' but I always fail. So this year, I'm asking for help! No food is off-limits...however one serving shall be enough, damnit!! And my desire to bake sweet sugary and chocolatey goodness on any day remotely cool will not overcome me!

    Anyone with me?

        Thanks guys!

I'm going to bake today. And I will keep snacking to a minimum!! I will keep snacking to a minimum!! I will keep snacking to a minimum!! I'm going to allow myself one small taste of the batters and only two finished products total. Wish me luck!!!
