NEEDED appetizers that I can make in one hour. I invited a couple of people over for drinks & appetizers to celebrate being done with school. It is 3pm now and they will come at 6pm. HELP!

Run to Sam's or Wal-mart (or a grocery store) and buy some out of their freezercase, seriously - they're so easy and SO good. I do it all the time.

Do you have Trader Joes? Sund-dried tomato and Pesto Torta. It is awesome served with crackers.
How about a veggie tray with dip? Chips and salsa? Or something like a seven-layer bean dip? Most of my cool appetizers are better in summer.

Easy 1 hour appetizers:
1) Shrimp Cocktail
2) Guacamole
3) Cheese and cracker plate
4) TJ's or Costco's pre made dishes
5) Good ol' simple chips and salsa
If you have enough drinks, the food won't matter

Thanks!!! I went to the store and got cheese, an assortment of olives from the olive bar, three appetizers from the freezer section, hummus, bruschetta, salsa, chips, and I'm making the artichoke dip from below. Wow it is easy when you just buy everything (but too much $$ to do regularly. Thanks everyone. Five semesters down one to go.Luanne
