  • Quick lasagna recipe?

I am having two other couples over tonight and want to make lasagna. Does anyone have an easy but yummy recipe? I decided to have them over the day that I have to go into work! So wish me luck!

I've got a good recipe but it isn't easy. It's about 2 hours of work including baking time. Let me know if you want it. I'll hope someone will pop in with something easy in the meantime. :>

You can always just get a jarred sauce that you like and use that. Mix ricotta cheese (one container) with 2 eggs and about 1 cup of grated Romano/Parmesan mix. Grate a bunch of mozzarella (low moisture or part skim). Layer no bake noodles with sauce, cheese mixture then grated cheese. Repeat until you fill the dish. Top with grated cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake for about an hour at 375. That's my no work recipe.

You can get creative and add spinach to the ricotta mixture or meat to the sauce to jazz it up. My "real" recipe requires that you make the sauce.
