My boys are addicted to chocolate milk, so I compromise by buying the large container of Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink and making the chocolate milk w/that (when they were little I used chocolate soy milk). I use about 1T rather than the 1/3 cup reccomended by the directions, so I know I'm getting significantly lower calories.
Yesterday I decided to try it in my coffee. I mixed 1T w/my half & half (I use about 2 T / mug of coffee), and then added the coffee. It's yummy! So I get a little bit of vitamins and a little bit of flavor for around 20 or 30 calories.
