I buy them frozen in the grocery store and steam in the microwave, then sprinkle with sea salt. Very tasty!!

This is the only green vegetable that my kids will both eat on a regular basis. We have packages upon packages of edamame in the freezer.

              Correct! Soybeans

I can't keep them in the house because I will steam them and eat the entire one-pound bag. I mean yes, I suppose there are worse thing to gorge upon but who needs all that at once!!!

I also get a double order when we go out for sushi. I'd almost rather have the edamame over the rest of the menu.

              It's bad.

I get mine by the bag at TJ's (they're about $3). I also have to stop myself from eating the whole bag at once. They're great with beer in front of the TV.

I served edamame last night as part of my tapas dinner party with another couple. I buy them in the pods for appetizer eating (boile for 5 minutes with a whole lot of kosher salt) and I buy them already shelled for salads. I eat edamame a lot. A whole lot.
