I got a huge family size pack of pork chops (w/o bone) and after trying 4 different recipies I could think of, I'm still left with half a pack. Would love some suggestions. I don't have an outdoor grill or a crockpot, so something I could do using the regular stove please. Thanks.

I'm already too late unless you've frozen them, but I made these last week and it turned out really good. I didn't use as much ketchup as the recipe called for, added a dash or two of worchestire sauce, and added onions as well.
Pork Chops in Beer
INGREDIENTS
* 2 cups ketchup
* 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
* 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
* 8 pork chops
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and beer. Mix well and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the pork chops over this mixture in the dish.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or internal pork temperature reaches 160 degrees F (175 degrees C). (Note: Place foil over pork chops if they start to brown too quickly.)

onions and apples
one of our favorite pork chop dishes is to fry them with tart apple slices and onions. at the end it becomes more of a saute - you can cover it to keep the juices in. Adding fresh minced garlic with the onions is another twist. Good with homemade mashed potatoes (I leave some of the skins on. Go ahead, call me a granola.)
