left over use suggestions

I made this yummy bbq chicken the other night that we made sandwiches (I shredded it) with. Sadly I think everyone is over having it in sandwich form, and I need to find another way to use it up.

Ideas/?

Hmm..I'd probably put it in my "don't know what else to do for dinner tonight" casserole:

9x13 pan with a package of cooked krinkly egg noodles mixed with a can of tomato soup and whatever meat (I usually use leftover taco meat), covered with a bunch of cheese, then baked at about 350 for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Not exactly great *for* you, but definitely yummy...

i thought of the pizza, but didn't have the appropriate cheese on hand. I ended up putting it on a baked potato w/some colby and jack. It was yum.

You can also do some tex-mex and through it into tacos or quesadillas.

True. I didn't think of Tex-Mex. You know I still have some. 4 chicken breasts go really far when you're shredding them.
