  • waste not want not

Today I used the last of the honey from a jar I purchased at a roadside stand -- but I could see all the wonderful crystals on the bottom / sides of the jar, and hated the thought of just washing them away. So I made a cup of tea, poured it in the honey jar (a mason jar), and am enjoying every last bit.
