  • Spinach question

    I really want to make the spinach recipes that Nellie has posted.

    When cooking with spinach, should you squeeze dry fresh leaves? What if you're using frozen spinach (should it be drained/strained?)?

      Agreed.

      When I am using fresh spinach I spin it. If there is a little water on it that is ok because it usually evaporates off when the spinach wilts.
