I did - and will not do it again. I felt like the meat was too fatty, and there were too many cuts I didn't know what to do with. That said, I do plan to order pieces / parts from one of the farmers I find on there. I like the idea of straight from the farm, avoiding the hideous processing plants, etc. But I wouldn't do the whole cow / whole pig thing again.

We had a deer processed that was hunted on some friend's land last year-they didnt need it and gave it to us for the $45 processing fee. It was so awesome just to pull out venison steaks, or burgers or whatever. And the meat lasted forever. I would love to get that again.Mom to three wild women.
