Thanks! I ended up making a frittata using the random veggies I had, grape tomatoes, bellpepper, broccoli, onion, and cheddar cheese. It was pretty tasty.Luanne

It kinds of depends on how many I have, but I usually freeze them in those little jello-cup sized glad containers. I have no idea how long they last because I use them in scrambled eggs. If I know I'm making a big Sunday breakfast (in this house, that means eggs and toast at the same time. Occasionally a fake bacon product thrown in for excitement) I'll stick them in the refrigerator to thaw.
