    Lemon Gnocchi with Spinach

    I found this recipe here:

    So good.


    The dish would be sublime with homemade gnocchi. Next time I will try it with half and half and will add the lemon zest with the peas.

    Sounds fabulous! But your kids would eat this? I can't even get my kids to eat macaroni and cheese. One daughter will eat Spaghetti Os and that is the only form of pasta my offspring will consume. DH wouldn't really go for something like this either. I like to try new recipes but no one to cook for!

      Everyone eats to varying degrees. DD1 eats it all but the spinach, 2 and 3 eat the gnocchi.
