We're having the interns over for a BBQ on Monday as a "thank-you-for-all-of-your-hard-work-this-year" from DH. Does anyone have a good pasta salad that they'd like to share? I'm going to check allrecipes too, but thought I'd ask here first.

Re: Anyone have a good pasta salad?
I do a greek-ish one. Spiral pasta, black olives, pine nuts (or walnuts), chopped red and green peppers, crumbled feta. Top with a dressing made with a bunch of scallions, oil, vinegar, and spices in a blender. Add oregano to the top. It's good. Always popular, but I've been making it so long I'm looking for something new. I'll be watching this thread.Angie

Re: Anyone have a good pasta salad?
The one I make is similar to Angie's with or without chicken. I use the colored Rotini with red & green peppers, black olives and for the dressing I used Zesty Italian salad dressing. Super easy and always good. Cheese and nuts would be excellent additions, I'll have to make it with feta next time.Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.

Originally posted by bugsRotini pasta, canned tuna, mayonaise (or half mayo and half plain yogurt), dijon mustard, bell peppers, black olives and corn. Seasoned with black pepper.
Now that sounds like a home run for a summer time lunch idea!
My kids enjoy all of those ingredients!
