  • Ground Turkey

I have some thawed out but no ideas. I'm trying to eat more protein since I'm running a lot lately but I'm not really good at thinking about how to use it. I would love any ideas!

We brown it and add taco seasoning and use it in tacos, nachos, cheesy casserole, etc., etc. Anywhere you'd use taco-seasoned meat. Obviously, don't ask me for recipes if you're trying to avoid cheese or carbs.

I use ground turkey as a substitute for ground beef in *everything*. Tacos, lasagna, burgers, casseroles, meatballs...

I make a yummy ground turkey & ground chicken meatloaf w/BBQ sauce in it instead of ketchup or tomato sauce.

Thanks guys, these were all great ideas!

            I combined some of them:

I browned the turkey and put it on toasted bread covered in a piece of cheese. Then I cooked some red onions and put it on top with BBQ sauce. Like a tuna melt.

            So delicious!

            Thanks for the suggestions.
