  • Ice pop recipes?

Do any of you make your own? I just re-discovered my ice pop molds that were still in a box from the last move!

My 9 year old makes the most awesome pops. Here's her recipe:

2 1/2 cups cubed, seeded watermelon, cantaloupe or honeydew melon
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 TB lemon juice

Blend together in a blender. Pour in pop molds. Freeze. Enjoy.

This is boring, but we just always use juice. Grape juice doesn't work well. We've also mixed yogurt and juice for some yummy pops with protein.

Just bought a popsicle cookbook and made a to die for PB &J layered pop. I'll post it tomorrow.
