  • Pumpkin Recipes?

    I always LOVE baking with pumpkin this time of year...anyone have any fabulouse recipes to share?

      I've made pumpkin (or squash) and goat cheese quesadillas for parties.

      It's just canned pumpkin (or squash), chevre (soft goat cheese), sea salt, nutmeg, cinnamon sugar in tortillas. I crisp the tortillas in the oven first and then add the ingredients. There's no meat so you're really just warming all the ingredients.

      SO yummy and easy.

        I looooove goat cheese...this is a great savory/sweet one that I will have to try!

          Yum! I've never tried pumpkin candy. I've always made cinnamon candy until DH finally confessed he doesn't like it! I'll have to see if pumpkin goes over better. We absolutely inhale pumpkin bread and pumpkin pie. We had a lot of butternut squash last summer and froze it. We like butternut squash pie just as much as pumpkin pie, maybe more - tastes pretty similar.
