  • Meal Planning

Ok- so lots and lots of sites have meal planning options but recently (thanks to facebook targeted ads...) I discovered http://www.bustameal.com and I have to say I'm very pleased with the service.

It's $25 per quarter but it's been worth it. I pick seven days worth of meals (including side dishes if warranted) and it composes the grocery list- you click on the items that you already have and voila- a shopping list and as many days worth of meals that you need. The site allows you to enter your own parameters- how many people you feed, dietary preferences, etc. And it has a what can I cook with _____ ingredient.

My grocery costs and shopping time have dropped considerably as a result. I print the list before I go to the gym on Saturdays and go to the store on my way home!
