  • Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Does anyone have any ideas how to store this. Every time I have a recipe calling for theis I end up throwing half of the can away. I can't find anything smaller than 7 ounces, and it is way too hot to use a whole can in any recipe. Does it freeze well? Help.

It freezes well- I have discovered that if I divide it into smaller portions then it's easier. I had a huge jar that I dividied into 1/4 cup size portions. (I just measured it into snack bags and once they were fronzen put all of the snack bags into a gallon sized freezer bag.
