    Cassoulet recipe?

    Does anyone have a good (preferably easy) Cassoulet recipe? DH really likes it so I thought I'd try to make it but I don't even know where to start.

    Hi Cheri -

    Cassoulet is pretty easy but takes a long time. My favorite recipe is from the Saveur Authentic French Recipes book (my current favorite cookbook) and has a good description of all of the regional variations and a cool photo of some old guys eating cassoulet with their cassoulet "costumes" on - they are from some "Order of Lovers of Cassoulet". The long baking is what makes it yummy to me.
