Mmm, turkey bacon. So much flavor for like 35 calories a slice.

    Grilled cheese w/ turkey bacon.
    BLTs w/ turkey bacon.
Stratta (my favorite way to do breakfast-for-dinner).

It's like an egg/bread casserole thingy. I misspelled it.

          BLT.

I've got half a pound of bacon in my fridge but no tomato.

bacon wrapped scallops or bacon wrapped filet mignon.

or my personal favorite, bacon on a PB & J. (don't knock it until you've tried it)

How did you find that combination?

bacon goes really well with chocolate and I figured the sweet of the jelly and the salt of the bacon would combine well.

and it does! It's how I use up left over bacon.

I know I'm late, but you could try this:

Ok, so this doesn't really count because I wouldn't recommend it with turkey bacon but how about a bacon apple pie?

Thanks everyone. I made a stratta with the bacon, mushrooms, cherry tomaoes, and cheddar cheese. I also made a corn chowder with part of it.
