  • What is for dinner tonight?

    Have some fun and help me in the process, suggestions Please!!

    I have:
    1 pound ground turkey
    2 eggplants
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper

    and the usual pantry & refridgerator items, canned tomatoes, pasta, rice, egss, cheeses, etc.

    Moussaka? I don't think that typically includes bell pepper. Maybe you could saute those and serve them on the side.

        Yum! Moussaka sounds great, and so does what Lily suggested. I never have enough stuff on hand...
