For those of you who are not going out this Saturday, what if anything are you making for dinner. I want to do something different and special but not sure in what direction to go? Steak or lobsters seem boring, although I have ingredients for lobster bisque that I'm thinking of trying.

Re: V-Day dinner
I love lobster bisque. That sounds sooo good. Now my really boring dinner for tonight seems even more boringer.
We are having friends over for dinner and I'm making pizzas. Not very exciting, I guess. I'll probably make something chocolate for dessert. A few weeks ago I made chocolate mousse and the kids really liked it.

Re: V-Day dinner
We're going out to our favorite Italian place tonight. I caved and bought lobster tails today and some mussels. Need to make sure I get some cream tomorrow for the bisque. Tonight we're bringing one of our last Argentian bottles (hope it'll go with the Italian food) and tomorrow we'll probably open my favorite Chablis.
Nellie, how do you make chocolate mousse? That sounds good.
