  • Super Easy Frozen Yogurt

    1 qt lowfat strawberry yogurt
    roughly 2 cups frozen strawberries
    about 1/2 cup honey

    cook strawberries down and stir in honey, chill

    dump yogurt in ice cream maker, pour in the chilled berries, run mixer according to directions.

    YUM!!!

      I believe anything you say! All your recommended super easy dishes have been easy and fabulous. Will have to try this one soon...esp since I have never used my ice cream maker in the 3 years I have had it!

        Awww schucks, Danielle. The love is there for you, too.

        Remember that Eli can't have honey yet, so you could use sugar if your strawberries need sweetened. I also made this with mango puree and vanilla yogurt. The strawberries can be swapped for any pureed fruit sweetened to taste.

          I've been loving the homemade smoothies these days too. I throw whatever fruit I have (usually bananas, strawberries, blueberries) into the blender with fat free plain yogurt, ice and a little sugar - voilĂ !
