  • Tuna?

Okay ladies - I need some suggestions on how to use up a boat load of canned tuna. I have a tuna noodle casserole recepie that I like, so hit me with other options, particularly kid friendly ones.

You can always make a tuna patty- I make them with canned salmon and then I fry them up and call them crabby patties a la Sponge Bob.

Jenn - what do you mix with the tuna?

How about a Tuna Melt over a sauteed portabello or a tomato? Add a little wasabi to some mayo and melt some swiss on top for a dish that is healthy, tasty and cheap.

I usually throw in an egg, some seasoned bread crumbs and dill (for the salmon) for tuna I'd probably throw in some lemon pepper. Maybe a little diced celery for some crunch but I'm not a huge fan of celery.
