I just got a mini-muffin pan; does anyone have a good recipe or fun way to bake with it? I've only made cupcakes from the box.

Mini-Muffin Pan

My mom likes to make mini tarts - she uses the little wrappers, then fills them about half way with a butter cookie recipe and makes an indent in the center with her finger and spoons in pie filling and bakes them!
Another thing we do that is SUPER easy is buy premade choc chip cookie dough and mini reeses. Break the dough up into 36 pieces, put one piece of dough in each muffin cup (again with the liners/wrapers). Bake them for a few minutes so that the dough rises, take them out and put a little pb cup inside - let them cool in the muffin tins (it is important not to overcook them because they will continue to cook a bit in the muffin tins but if you take them out of the muffin tins before they are cool they lose their shape and can be messy!Loving wife of neurosurgeon
